Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. What if the class timings are not suitable for my child?

We conduct the classes at a convenient time of 5 PM (California Time) and 8 PM (New York Time) on Saturday evenings. Since we ensure only the best of tutors are taking the sessions, we will not be able to accommodate any other timings.

2. What if a class gets missed?

The child will be provided with handouts and recordings of the session to learn later. The child can also reach out to the teacher for any questions / doubts over chat. Further, we ensure a quick recap of the previous classes before each session to cover up any gap in learning due to absence.

3. Are these classes 1:1 or group classes?

These are programs that intend to open up higher-order thinking skills, these classes are taken in small groups to foster learning from peers. The teacher also ensures individual attention for each child in the class discussions and with projects.

4. Is there a certificate at the end of the program?

Yes! Apart from a certificate, a portfolio that displays the different projects that the child has completed along with the skills that the child has acquired in the process would also be provided.

5. What is the refund policy?

For any reason that you want to discontinue, you may raise a refund request and we will process the refund of the remaining months. Please note that the fee of the ongoing month is charged as we already create the assignments, work on the classes and groups. For example, if you raise a request for refund in April, the fee from May and onwards in refunded.
